Important: Glass and mirror surfaces can, over time, become dull and blind if certain spray cleaners are used. They will lose their ability to reflect, so do not use aggressive cleaners.

Wipe marks can be avoided by polishing the glass with newspaper or a fine pantyhose.

Synthetic material surfaces

Synthetic material surfaces present good, hard and resilient surfaces. But they should never be used as a cutting surface, as knife blades can leave marks in every material.

Also do not put hot pots directly from the hotplate onto the work plate.

Synthetic material surfaces allow themselves to be cleaned with normal household cleaning agents (warning: no scouring agents). Depending on the degree of dirt, slightly dilute them with water and apply. After that, use clean water to remove the cleaning residue and dry the plate.
