Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House developed this form to reduce the number of latecomers (a common community kitchen problem!). Upon arrival, participants had to sign in and select a chore. The latecomers would always end up with the least popular task – cleanup duty! People quickly learned it was worth coming in early or on time.
