OK, now you’re ready to clean the pan. With non-stick pans, you MUST hand-wash them. Don’t even think of putting these pans in the dishwasher! Dishwasher detergents and high heat can crack the coating. Instead, wash the pan with mild detergent or use baking soda and a scrubby sponge. Store the pan with a paper towel laid over the surface to protect it, and then stack another pot on top.
